  • Cut-off is always the 12th at midnight EST and the edition starts to ship on the 14th of each month

  • When is mail sent?
    Mail is sent on the 14th of each month through USPS.
    Delivery times vary depending on where you live.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! BellissiCasa has members worldwide.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is always FREE
  • What if my envelope gets lost in the mail?
    If your mail doesn’t arrive, please reach out to me for a replacement or refund.
  • What if I change my address?
    You can manage your mailing & payment info at any time. Your confirmation email contains a subscription link, or just contact us at welcome@bellissicasa.com

Shipping & Returns

  • Orders will ship in a cardboard mailer via USPS first-class mail with tracking
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 business days of delivery at welcome@bellissicasa.com

  • Any design effects like metallic/foil/ glitter elements are design effects only and no actual metallic foil/ glitter will be present on your printed product.
